Our Story

Building the ABA tech stack we want to see, one step at a time.

Our Mission

BehaviorChain LLC exists to transform lives through the science of behavior. By uniting innovative digital tools with compassionate, evidence-based ABA services, we help individuals reach their full potential.

The Bet We Took

Software development is changing fast. The advantage that once belonged exclusively to large, well-funded engineering teams is eroding, shifting toward smaller teams with the domain knowledge and agility to build the future they want to see.

That's the bet BehaviorChain took. A lean team that genuinely understands behavior analysis doesn't need layers of overhead to build excellent software. Less overhead means lower costs, and lower costs mean savings we can pass directly to the users of our products. We have the expertise, the knowledge, and the tools. That's it.

Our expertise in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence is central to that. AI doesn't just help us build faster. It helps us build better. The goal has never been to replicate what already exists. It's to use ML to enhance every product and make tools that adapt, predict, and improve in ways that weren't previously possible for a company at our stage. That's a genuine advantage, and we're using it deliberately.

01

Keep your capital investment. We don't want it.

Staying independent isn't a constraint — it's a strategy. We don't want your capital, and we don't want what comes with it. Investor pressure means optimizing for exits, not outcomes. It means growth metrics over practitioners, velocity over craft, and eventually, inevitably, the kind of acquisition that quietly kills the thing that made a tool worth using in the first place. We've seen it happen too many times. A small, focused team with full autonomy can build with intention. We intend to keep it that way.

02

One software system at a time

Behavior analysts touch technology at every stage of their career. We're working through that stack methodically: identifying where Machine Learning solutions can enhance software offerings. When we find a real gap, we build something focused, complete, and well-crafted.

03

AI Where It Fits, Not Where It's Fashionable

AI is a useful tool. It is not always the right one. We are selective about where and how we apply it — choosing projects where machine learning creates genuine value, not projects where it makes for a better pitch. The best implementations often aren't visible at all: background systems that reduce friction, surface patterns, and improve outcomes over time. We let the application dictate the approach, not the other way around.

04

We Share What We Find

Knowledge compounds when it circulates. Whether that means a blog post, a conference presentation, a white paper, or a peer-reviewed publication — we document what we build, share what we learn, and put it back into the field. ABA benefits from a shared pool of information, and we intend to contribute to it. That means being transparent about our methods, honest about what the data shows, and committed to dissemination as a core part of the work, not an afterthought.

The Long Game

The vision isn't a single product — it's a coherent, interconnected technology ecosystem designed from the ground up for behavior analysis. Each product we ship adds another piece to that stack. They work well independently, and they'll work better together.

We started with exam prep because it was the clearest gap with the highest signal — aspiring BCBAs and RBTs needed smarter study tools, and a machine learning approach to exam readiness hadn't been done well. StudyABAExam.com is live, improving with every practice session, and already validating the model we want to apply across the whole stack.

Next comes supervision tracking, RBT training, and continuing education — each one a deliberate bite out of the tech stack, each one built with the same principles: clinician-informed design, machine learning embedded from day one, and a commitment to sharing what we learn along the way.

This is the future of ABA technology we want to see. We're building it ourselves.
